We want every IzyLrn learner to be happy. If our service isn't the right fit, here's exactly how refunds work.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
New paid subscriptions (Standard or Premium) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the first purchase, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied, email us and we will refund the full amount.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be billed again. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months after the 30-day window.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but cancellation stops future renewals.
4. Token packages
One-time token purchases are non-refundable but never expire. You can use them at your own pace, including after a subscription cancellation.
5. Live coaching sessions
Live coaching sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time for a full token refund. Cancellations within 12 hours are charged in full unless the tutor agrees to waive. If a tutor fails to show up, you receive a full refund automatically.
6. Disputed charges
If you see a charge you don't recognize, please email us before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve disputes in 1-2 business days, while a chargeback may temporarily disable your account.
7. How to request a refund
- Email students@izylrn.com with the subject "Refund request".
- Include your account email and the order or invoice ID.
- Optionally, tell us why — we use feedback to improve, but we won't require a reason within the 30-day guarantee.
- We process eligible refunds within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
8. Free plan
The Free plan is, well, free — no payment, no refund needed. You can use it for as long as you like.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Existing subscriptions are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
